Product Description

This is an adapter/converter that supports two modes of operation:

1) Analog Signal input via the Smart Port, allowing the FBVS VOLTAGE sensor or other analog sensor (0-3.3V range) to connect with an X8R or other Smart Port receiver.

2) RS-232 Serial Data-Transmission is also supported through the Smart Port, allowing data passing for the technical DIY enthusiast.  In order to enable Data-Transmission, two devices [the Host (type A) and Remote (Type B)] are required to be used as a pair and set in the same configuration.  This mode could be used to connect a computer at the R/C transmitter to a device on the R/C craft over thewireless RS-232 link.  Note that the actual link capacity is recommended at 30 bytes/sec (with error correction), or up to 60 bytes/sec in high capacity mode (no error correction). 

It is possible to activate and use both modes at the same time.
