? First, use the insulation sleeve(the smaller side of inside diameter) to cover the red (positive) wire on the positive electrode.	? Add solder tin to the gilt terminal pin contact & leading wire, and then solder both sides with a flat iron. (Caution: be sure you have soldered correct electrode/wire).		? Push the insulation sleeve over the gilt terminal using an implement to push it into the fixed position, which is shown by the arrow.

? After soldering the gilt terminal socket contact, cover with the insulation sleeve.	? The connection with the speed controller.
