More info

868MHz/915MHz/1GHz Notch Filter | Band-Reject Filter | High Rejection >55dB | SMA Interface

Product Description
Professional band-reject (notch) filter specifically designed to suppress 868MHz, 915MHz, and 1GHz frequency bands while maintaining low insertion loss in passbands. Features exceptional rejection (>55dB) at target frequencies, making it ideal for eliminating GSM900, CDMA800, and other interference in broadband RF systems.

Key Features

  • Target Frequency Suppression:

    • ≥65dB @ 868MHz

    • ≥58dB @ 915MHz

    • ≥55dB @ 1GHz

  • Low Passband Loss: ≤2.2dB (DC-650MHz), ≤2.0dB (1.2-4GHz)

  • High Power Handling: 4W (36dBm) maximum input

  • Compact Design: 36×12.8mm (excluding connectors)

  • Standard Interface: SMA female connectors

Technical Specifications

  • Center Frequency: 840MHz

  • Center Frequency Rejection: ≥50dB

  • 40dB Stopband: 780MHz - 1040MHz

  • Passband Performance:

    • DC-650MHz: ≤2.2dB insertion loss

    • 1.2-4GHz: ≤2.0dB insertion loss

  • Maximum Power: 4W (36dBm)

  • Impedance: 50Ω

  • Connectors: SMA female (jack)

  • Dimensions: 36×12.8mm (excluding connectors)

Applications

  • GSM900 interference elimination

  • CDMA800 signal suppression

  • Wireless system interference mitigation

  • Test equipment signal conditioning

  • Broadband system noise reduction

  • RF front-end filtering

Frequency Response Characteristics

  1. Deep Notch Region (780-1040MHz):

    • 840MHz: >50dB rejection

    • 868MHz: >65dB rejection

    • 915MHz: >58dB rejection

    • 1GHz: >55dB rejection

  2. Low-Loss Passbands:

    • Lower band: DC to 650MHz (<2.2dB loss)

    • Upper band: 1.2GHz to 4GHz (<2.0dB loss)

Installation Guidelines

  • Ensure proper 50Ω impedance matching

  • Use quality SMA cables to minimize additional loss

  • Avoid excessive bending of connector interfaces

  • Do not exceed 4W input power rating

Typical Use Cases

  • Removing cellular band interference from SDR receivers

  • Protecting sensitive equipment from nearby transmitters

  • Cleaning up broadband signals for measurement

  • Isolating specific frequency bands in RF systems

Package Includes

  • Notch filter module
