1.  if your device still have a PCM protector board lie on motherboard of your device. it will can't work well.
please remove off this PCM from our this li battery. so this battery can work well.
2. if your old one li battery have a PCM board on top of li battery. please instead this old pcm to our new li battery . maybe our PCM board don't fit your device. each device there      are different requirements with PCM board.
