For proper pitch setup, you can't go wrong with this bubble level pitch gauge, with an indicator showing you the degree of pitch your helicopter is currently set to when the bubble is at the level position.

For proper use, slide onto the blades of a stationary helicopter, and with the motor unplugged, level the pitch gauge with the flybar using the bubble level, and the indicator will show the current pitch of the blades.
